This means that should you decide that you no longer wish to take your courses with us, for any reason whatsoever, just contact us and we will expedite the refund policy through Stripe. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to process the refund request.

    How do I receive my refund?

    Just send us a short email letting us know that you would like to have a full refund and we will gladly refund your money in full with no questions asked. You do not need to mention a reason, though your constructive feedback is greatly appreciate so that we can work on improving the course-taking experience for future customers..

    What happens if I have already submitted the course credits to my state board,prior to requesting a refund?

    Should you submit your course certificates to your board for CE credit, and then request a full refund from us, you will no longer have a "valid" proof of purchase which can be applied to those CE credits. Therefore if you plan on submitting any of our certificates for PDH credit, asking for a refund will invalidate those certificates in the eyes of your state board.

    All states boards will ask to view your receipt of purchase for any CE you submit, should you face a routine and random audit of CE compliance. This means that you could face disciplinary action for not fully meeting the requirements of CE, (ie. providing a receipt which coincides with the course purchases).

    So should you receive a full refund, we suggest that you do so in a period of time which allows for you to purchase courseware from another provider within the renewal cycle time frame.

    Do you still offer "Audit Assistance" if a full refund is issued?

    No, we can no longer provide this service should you request a refund. This, of course does not apply if you had accidentally made a duplicate purchase. Requesting a refund when a duplicate purchase has been made has no bearing on the validity of the initial purchase.

    What happens if I contacted Stripe for the refund instead?

    You are welcome to contact Stripe for your refund, but we must caution you, that this may delay the refund, as it will then need to go through a "dispute process" which can slow down the refund considerably, plus will likely cost us Stripe processing fees. So we ask that if you wish to receive a full refund, simply contact us, and we can usually have your purchase returned to you by the end of the day, and usually immediately..
